シューベルトは1828年11月19日に亡くなりました。アパートメントは小さいですが、展示は短いですが、シューベルトの最後の数週間がどのようなものであったか、彼のピアノ、彼が作曲した最後の作品（中でもよく知られている歌「岩の上の羊飼い」）など、彼の死に関する情報を提供しています。葬儀の資料や彼が葬られた場所も紹介されています。

この博物館はナッシュマルクトのすぐ隣にあり、周辺にいる場合は訪問の絶好の機会です。
