A small, comfortable family hotel next to a Heuriger (traditional austrian restaurant). All rooms have shower, WC, telephone, radio and satellite TV. In the morning, let us treat you to a hearty Viennese breakfast buffet. As a family-run business, we make it our personal endeavour to ensure that your holiday is the best time of your year. The hotel is situated in an extremely peaceful location in the centre of Ober St. Veit, one of the oldest former villages around Vienna. The nearby U-Bahn (underground) station means that you can be in the centre of Vienna in just 15 minutes. Our old-style, cosy apartments each have a kitchen, marble bathroom, telephone, satellite TV and radio. The apartments are of course cleaned and the linen changed daily. A parking space in an underground car park is available on request. There is a small garden in our courtyard. The apartments are only 3 to 5 minutes by foot from the Heuriger and our Sekt bar. Apartments 108 and 110 are equipped with water beds, which promise comfortable support without any annoying pressure points, a shorter sleep onset phase and longer deep-sleep phases, as well as shorter recovery time. Our highlight: the Alt Wien (Old Vienna) apartment Fitted out with original antique Viennese furniture, this no-smoking apartment with a view of the Ober St Veit church tower offers a particular charm. It is 60 m, with entrance hall, kitchen, closet, bathroom, separate WC, living room, and bedroom. The apartment is arranged according to the rules of Feng-Shui and boasts a wellness shower, additional bath, washing machine and fully-equipped kitchen. There are also 2 satellite TVs and a hi-fi system. A power-off switch allows you to switch off the electricity supply to the whole apartment.
