Please check your email the day before the tour. Please note that Schonbrunn Palace and Upper Belvedere are not included in a 9-hour tour. Skip-the-line tickets mean there are time slots for entry and you can bypass the queue at the ticket office. Imperial Treasury tickets do not include admission to the Hofburg museums. Admission to Schonbrunn Palace is for 24 rooms as part of the Highlights Tour, which is exclusive to the palace's official partners. Upper Belvedere tickets do not include admission to the Lower Belvedere. We will arrange a standard car (sedan) for groups of 1-4 people, and in a larger van or minibus for groups of 5 people and more. You can book a 5-people tour to take advantage of a larger vehicle. 11- and 13-hour tours: Due to regulations, 1 licensed guide can lead a group of 1-15 people. Larger groups can make an additional booking. 15-hour tour: In Upper Belvedere, the group is limited to 7 people. Lunch can be arranged upon request.
