Description
The tour starts in front of the Secession. You'll learn about the history of the Viennese Secessionists, such as Gustav Klimt, and also about the life of Egon Schiele. Vienna's architecture also changed around 1900. Otto Wagner is famous for his buildings in Vienna. You'll follow in his footsteps as you learn about the construction of the Vienna Stadtbahn and visit the pavilions on Karlsplatz. Now you'll turn to the Viennese coffeehouse tradition. You'll visit a typical Viennese coffee house and enjoy a typical Viennese coffee and possibly also a typical Viennese pastry. Then we'll head to the inner city. You'll also visit some buildings of the Viennese Art Nouveau style. The tour ends with a visit to the Ankeruhr, a jewel from the early 20th century on the Hoher Markt.Includes
