One of our favorite traveling experiences! Thanks to the charming character of the hotel and restaurant , the vintage decor and the incredible staff we enjoyed exquisite local flavor and comfort for our stay. The location is optimal for seeing many of Vienna’s “must see “ sights all within walking distance or an easy taxi/uber ride . Best of all was the incredible concierge and reception services throughout our stay. (Not to mention the complimentary wine and water. ) Cleaning serves were excellent as well. Would highly recommend the Leo Grand to fellow travelers for a delightful Viennese experience!!!!
We chose The Leo Grand Hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It has a perfect location and a boutique, romantic design. We thought it would be perfect for our stay. We weren't disappointed. The hotel is even more beautiful than the photos, tastefully decorated. The room includes a free minibar, which is restocked daily. The hotel restaurant also offers complimentary snacks, fruit, water, and chilled white wine from noon to 10 p.m. This is also a very nice touch. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sophie, who is a wonderful person and made our stay even better. We send you our warmest regards!
Thoughtful Hospitality and Baroque Style in the Heart of Vienna Our stay at The Leo Grand was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is a visual masterpiece, but it was the generous hospitality that truly stood out. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a larger room which was both spectacular and very quiet. They welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine on ice and a selection of macarons, which was a lovely way to begin the trip. Since our visit fell over Easter, we were pleasantly surprised when they hand-delivered Lindt foil-wrapped chocolate bunnies to our door. It is these small, thoughtful gestures that define a great hotel. Throughout our stay, the staff made sure we were always well-stocked with water, and there was an area near the lobby where one could grab a snack. The room was excellent, featuring a very comfortable bed and a bathroom I absolutely loved. The location is also amazing, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore Vienna’s first district. While we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, every other aspect of the service and facilities was top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and attentive stay in Vienna.
It was an absolutely wonderful experience, from check-in to check-out. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and even a beautiful scent throughout. My room was simply stunning — I truly felt like I had stepped into the world of Bridgerton. I was welcomed with a delightful surprise: a bottle of champagne and two macarons (which I absolutely love!). The bathroom was elegant and perfectly styled, with a robe and towels in a gorgeous Tiffany-like-blue shade. The bed was incredibly comfortable — I slept through the night without waking up (which is rare for me, as sleep is usually a challenge). We all know how beautiful Vienna is, but I honestly didn’t want to leave my room — I would have happily stayed there much longer. There was also a cozy little desk where I actually wrote handwritten letters to two of my friends about my stay in Vienna, which made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this hotel. I still think about it with a smile — I absolutely loved my stay. Five stars in every category. Thank you so much — it was truly a pleasure staying at your hotel!🤩
We had another wonderful stay at this hotel and once again they proved why we keep coming back. There was a small misunderstanding regarding our room at the beginning, but the way the team handled the situation truly impressed us. The General Manager, Mr. Dominik Walli, personally came to meet us and apologize. He is exceptionally professional, intelligent, attentive, and genuinely caring — the kind of leader who sets the tone for the entire team. His presence and personal attention made a significant difference and immediately reassured us that we were in good hands. The location is fantastic — perfectly situated and very convenient. The hotel itself is always warm, spotless, and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the moment you walk in. They offer truly unique rooms, an excellent breakfast, and outstanding service. The attention to detail and the way guests are treated make all the difference. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both valued and genuinely cared for every single time. It is clear that all of this is a reflection of the professionalism and leadership of Mr. Dominic Vali. His dedication to guest satisfaction is evident throughout the entire hotel experience. We are regular guests and will continue returning again and again.
