We stayed here while attending a conference at the Vienna International Centre, and the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the convention center and also close enough to the train station, making it convenient to explore other parts of Vienna. The facilities exceeded our expectations. It felt more like staying in a fully equipped apartment than a hotel, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was also excellent—fast, stable, and reliable throughout our visit. We also enjoyed the view overlooking the theme park. It was fun to watch, although it could get a bit noisy in the evenings. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel operates with a fairly self-service concept. This means housekeeping isn't provided daily unless requested, and services like towel changes are more limited. Because of this, we didn't always return to a freshly cleaned room after a long day, which took a little getting used to. On the plus side, the self check-in process was very efficient—we were checked in within about 20 minutes. There are also convenient shops within the property, which was a nice bonus. The only area we felt could be improved was the breakfast. While there was a decent selection, most items were served cold, and the overall taste was quite underwhelming—even simple items like the sausages, bread, and ham could have been better. Overall, we'd happily stay here again, especially for business trips or conferences, thanks to its excellent location, outstanding facilities, and reliable Wi-Fi.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights. The room was spacious, clean, and came with everything you could need or want. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. The location is very close to the purple line and the WiFi is very good to work. The upstairs bar/resturant area is beautiful. One thing to note is the bed is very soft- not bad or good just depends on what you like. I would 100000% come here again and recommend to anyone looking for a place in Vienna 🫶🏻
We had an excellent stay at Zoku Vienna for the Foo Fighters concert, and it turned out to be a perfect choice. It was absolutely worth it, and we would happily stay there again. One of the biggest advantages is the location, right next to the park and very close to the metro station, which made getting around very easy. The room layout was incredibly smart, with plenty of well-designed spaces that made the stay very comfortable. The beautiful rooftop is another major plus, offering a great place to relax and enjoy the view over the city. Overall, a wonderful stay in Vienna — well done, Zoku, and highly recommended!
Stayed for 2 nights and I loved it! ♥️ 1. Self check-in/ check-out is available at kiosks which is very convenient. 2. The common area on the 7th floor offers fantastic view to the Prater, as well as working spaces, bar and restaurant - also super convenient. 3. The rooms are designed to fit all you need, they are cosy, comfortable and in my experience quiet (but my room was not facing the prater). 4. Location is great too. Plenty of nice places to eat nearby, the Prater is obviously right there along with a nice park, you can cross the Danube by foot and there is an u-bahn station within a 5 min walk.
We had a really great stay at Zoku Vienna. The room was extremely comfortable and thoughtfully equipped — everything you might need was there, from dishes to coffee capsules. The bed was very comfortable, and we also received a free upgrade to a room with a balcony, which made the stay even better. The 7th floor space with the terrace is amazing — a great atmosphere to relax or work. Breakfast was good overall, although the à la carte options were a bit limited, and the smoked salmon sandwich was unfortunately quite dry. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
