**Traunkirchen – Lakeside Serenity**
Your first stop is Traunkirchen, a charming village on the shores of Lake Traunsee.
In the warmer seasons and when daylight allows, we may include an optional stop in the peaceful lakeside village of Traunkirchen on the shores of Lake Traunsee.
Please note: this stop is not available during the winter season, as shorter daylight hours limit the overall route. Our main priority is to give you enough time to fully experience the key highlights of the tour — Hallstatt and Salzburg — without rushing or cutting corners.
**Hallstatt – The Jewel of the Alps**
Next, explore Hallstatt, a fairytale village often called the most beautiful in the world. With its colorful houses, narrow alleys, and calm lake reflecting the mountains, every corner is postcard-perfect. You’ll have about two hours of free time to stroll through the streets, relax by the water, or visit the Skywalk for breathtaking panoramic views.
**Salzburg – City of Music & Culture**
The final highlight is Salzburg — Mozart’s birthplace and a city of baroque beauty and musical legacy. Walk through Mirabell Gardens, where *The Sound of Music* was filmed, and visit landmarks like the Salzburg Cathedral and Mozart’s Birthplace. After a guided introduction, enjoy three hours of free time to explore museums, shop in Getreidegasse, or savor coffee and strudel in a traditional Austrian café.
**Return in Comfort**
