A truly special craft experience.
Using a craft technique that is around 150 years old, high-quality sweets and candies are produced in the confectionery workshop in a craft that has long since died out.
We invite you to immerse yourself in our exciting craft with us during a demonstration production.
During the approximately 90-minute guided tour, you will experience firsthand how around 5,000 decorated candies (the pinnacle of candy making) are 100% handmade, and you can closely observe this exciting manufacturing process step by step.
In addition, you will learn a lot about the history and long tradition of this craft and taste our range of products.
As a gift, each visitor receives a glass of candy as a sweet souvenir.
Vienna is known worldwide for its centuries-old tradition of producing confectionery. As early as 150 years ago, Austrian confectioners were skilled in the production of candies in a wide variety of forms. However, this craft died out in the middle of the 20th century and was completely forgotten.
We have brought this craftsmanship back to life and produce long-forgotten types of candy, whose recipes date back to 1890.
