Meatless dishes are becoming increasingly popular, and not just among the younger generation. The superstition that plant-based food is tasteless and monotonous has long been a thing of the past.
The traditional company Figlmüller had been looking for a plant-based schnitzel alternative on its menu for a long time. After several months, together with Planted, they managed to create not only a crispy but also a particularly tasty schnitzel.
Enjoy the delicious schnitzel with salad and admire the most beautiful sights of Vienna such as the Am Hof square, the opera, the Hofburg, the Volksgarten, the Burgtheater, the town hall, and part of the famous Ringstrasse.
The vegan schnitzel and the drinks are served directly in the electric vintage car, which has been specially converted into a private restaurant and can be enjoyed during the journey.
