Description

Discover lesser-known Vienna sites such as the oldest Gothic residential tower and Danube Park without tiring your legs on this electric rickshaw (Raxi) tour.

The Raxi is a two-person electric rickshaw designed in Holland for comfort, featuring shock absorbers, an orange canopy, and a retractable footplate for easy access. The engine is located under the driver’s seat, preventing heat exposure to passengers. There is space for two walking sticks or hiking poles on a special frame.

Your route is customizable based on your interests like architecture or history, or you can rely on a guide-designed itinerary. Pickup is available from most hotels in the first, second, third, and fourth districts, with drop-off at your preferred location or selected meeting points.

For cooler weather, the tour provides a battery-powered heated blanket and a waterproof, windproof picnic blanket for added comfort. The tour operates in weather between 2°C and 30°C, with wind speeds up to 40 km/h. Rain protection is available for light rain or snow. If conditions make the Raxi tour impossible, a similar tour by public transport and walking will be offered with free pickup and no additional cost.
