I was absolutely delighted with my spa experience. I have never experienced anything quite like this before. It was truly unique and incredibly relaxing. I left feeling like I was completely reborn! Arthur was extremely professional, attentive and made the whole experience even more special. If you’re looking for a place where you can truly switch off, relax, and recharge, this is definitely the right place. I highly recommend it!

Overall we had a nice experience at the spa. As foreigners, there is a huge gap of what the packages include. I had to ask many questions before and during the treatments on schedule, duration of each service and clarified multiple times that we were not interested in any additional services. It’s no fault of the actual men who are providing the service, I believe it should be clarified when booking happens. The space was beautiful, small, cozy and intimate. We felt relaxed and taken care of. The massage was just ok. Also had a strange encounter where I went back to get my bathing suit in the sauna so it could dry as I was showering, changing etc and when I entered the area to retrieve it, a man who had not been servicing me rudely challenged me on entering the room, “where are you going?” as if I had walked in on a group of people naked… we had the whole space to ourselves. Maybe it was a language communication but it felt intrusive and unnecessary. Daniel did a great job and we were overall happy with this experience. I hope the owners take this as feedback to improve on the clarity and agenda of the schedule so everyone knows what to expect.Easy to fix. Thank you for the experience!

Absolutely one of the best spa experiences in Vienna. From the moment we arrived at Taiga Spa, the atmosphere felt incredibly calming and unique — beautiful design, relaxing scents, and a truly peaceful vibe. The sauna rituals and treatments were amazing, and the staff made the entire experience feel warm, personal, and luxurious. Everything was thoughtfully organized and deeply relaxing from start to finish. We left feeling completely refreshed and already looking forward to coming back.
