A cozy studio near Karlsplatz, yet quiet. You're greeted warmly and guided through the session. I had a Reformer Pilates class followed by a bowl and smoothie from Apapika.
I had such a wonderful experience in the Vaya Studio! From the beautiful light to the caring and friendly Trainer Anna -I was blown away! I can only recommend! I will return soon :)

We had a RedLight treatment today – it was incredibly pleasant and relaxing! We felt so good afterwards. There are also different modes for various effects. Plus, the team is incredibly friendly and really gives you personalized advice and takes their time. We'll definitely be back!
Great location, an open and very welcoming studio where you immediately feel at ease and well cared for. The staff is very friendly, and they offer a wide range of services, including Reformer Pilates and Red-light Therapy, where I saw such a large piece of equipment for the first time in Vienna. I felt the positive effects immediately after my first session and had to book several more right away. I highly recommend it to everyone!
