My wife and I both seniors happened to find this jewel on internet search. The location in an alley reminds you of a hidden secret. The staff especially Ms Renata and Ms Marion made us so welcome. The room staff was wonderful too. The breakfast was excellent. Choice of cheeses,bread , fruits and meats was superb. Hope to come again and stay here
We were very satisfied with our stay. All of the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Although the hotel is in an older building, everything was spotless and well organized. If I come back again, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much for everything.
This is a gem of a hotel, located down a small street near the Danube. The decor is classical, with well-appointed decorative touches throughout. The reception is friendly and accommodating. They provide books to read, umbrellas for rain, and bicycles to rent. Breakfast was lovely and accompanied by soft music. This place is lovingly cared for, clean, and welcoming. I highly recommend it for the solo traveler or couple.
The location is amazing, walking distance to many central places in Vienna. Breakfast offers a variety of options, suitable for multiple diets. Rooms are large, staff is friendly, rooms are very clean. If I visit Vienna ever again, I know where to stay!
We spent 4 beautiful days at Hotel Austria. The hotel is located right in the center of Vienna and is very close to various public transport stations. The rooms are clean and spacious enough for a family. The breakfast is really good, and the staff is so, so friendly! We truly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this hotel .
