Family of four people and we got we expected in Vienna’s city center. Relatively fare location for the attractions we liked to visit and 8-10 minutes relax walk to Stephansplatz. Breakfast is also a good option. Nice stay.
The overall experience was good but the hotel is much older than it looked on the website. The room was quite clean although the rug very old and stained. The common spaces were dirty. The floor in the breakfast room sticky at 8am in the morning.
It was a nice experience, I stayed on the first floor which was surprisingly well insulated from road noise. Staff were good too. One of the few Novotels that gives a choice of fried eggs for breakfast. Location is the best part, very convenient for public transport.
Large rooms, comfort, very clean. WC separated from the rest of the bathroom is only a good idea if we can wash our hands close to the toilet... which is not the case in here. Nice breakfast and shower amenities from Rituals are a great touch.
