I had a very positive experience at the Radisson Blu Trieste Hotel during my stay for a training event. I would especially like to thank Miguel, who was extremely helpful and professional throughout the training. He was always on point, responsive, and made sure everything was well organized and running smoothly. His support made a real difference and helped ensure the training went successfully. I would also like to thank Laura for her excellent service and professionalism. Although there was a wait before my room was ready, she handled the situation very well and kindly arranged an upgrade to compensate for the inconvenience. I truly appreciated the gesture and the way she took care of the situation. Overall, both Miguel and Laura provided excellent service and are a great reflection of the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Thank you for making my stay and work experience a pleasant one!
My stay at Radisson Blu Das Triest was overall a good experience. The purpose of my visit was for business, as our company hosted a four-day training in the Piber Conference Room. Although we had a small misunderstanding on the first day, everything was handled well, and the rest of our stay went smoothly. The standout service was provided by Miguel, the Events Manager, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He was always available whenever we needed assistance, and I really appreciate all of his support. We also experienced some issues with the air conditioning, but considering it was the hottest week Vienna had seen in over 20 years, it was understandable.
Updated review: I had started the stay with quite a few issues however the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and address my concerns. The hotel is deserving of the Radisson name and has upheld the highest standards. Kiyara and charlotte as well as all the staff that i have spoken too have been wonderful, kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again in the future!
Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this hotel, was looking forward to coming back to a warm, spotless, cozy suite at the end of a few very cold days spent in Vienna. The staff was always welcoming and prompt, and the location is fantastic - close enough to everything central (even with kids), but in a quieter, charming neighbourhood. Would definitely come back!
The hotel is excellent, with pleasant and prompt service. The rooms are clean, tidy, and very well maintained. We had breakfast at the hotel, and it was absolutely delicious. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive, especially Anna. She checked on us frequently, always with a warm smile, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly enhanced our dining experience. Overall, the hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere, great comfort, and outstanding service. Thanks to the dedicated staff — especially Anna — our stay was even more enjoyable and memorable
