Beethoven Pasqualatihaus offers a unique glimpse into the life and work of Ludwig van Beethoven. Located at Mölker Bastei 8 in Vienna, this modest fourth-floor apartment was Beethoven’s residence for approximately eight years between 1804 and 1814. During his time here, he composed some of his most significant works, including the opera Fidelio and piano pieces like Für Elise.
