You can book many offers directly through the app – easily, quickly, and often with fast entry for direct access. Here's how it works: After booking, you will receive an 8-digit code. Download the Vienna Welcome Card app to your smartphone and enter the code exactly – pay attention to upper/lower case and spaces. You need an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) when entering the code and saving your card on the device. Without internet, an error message will appear and the card cannot be added. In Vienna, click on 'Activate now' in the app, enter your name (important for the public transport ticket) and your year of birth – and your experience can begin. Download the Vienna Welcome Card app by DocLX from the App Store or Google Play, enter the 8-digit code, and you're ready to go. An active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) is required when entering the code. Without internet, an error message will appear and the card cannot be saved. Important: Please do not activate the card until you are in Vienna or shortly before your first trip on public transport. Premature activation cannot be refunded. Note: You can only book attractions after the card has been activated. It is not possible to reserve attractions in advance.
