Bars can be super classy or super low key. You can generally judge the bar by its cover to get a feel of how "dressy or not" you should be. But for the most part, you shouldn't worry too much. Vienna isn't an expensive place to drink, but it isn't cheap either, so make sure you have enough cash on you.
