We were biking around the city and found this gem along the bike-only road. Food is decent, the outside seating is nice, indoor seating and the overall ambience is charming. There is also a bowling section for bowlers and they even serve food. We had salmon dish, chicken pull burger and cheese burger and everybody left happy.
Probably should've seen this coming when we spotted the tacky gold gorilla at the entrance. Alas, we didn't, and so ended up with a dinner that still annoys me days later. First up: The various lemonades are actually quite good (we tried ginger-mint-something and some raspberry concoction). The food (Gulasch, Schnitzel and kid's penne) however, has 'we don't actually care' written all over it: the Schnitzel was so thin it would've been see-through were it not for the breadcrumbs. No lemon or cranberry sauce to go with it - not even ketchup for the chips. The Knödel with the Gulasch were hard and tasteless, and salt was used quite liberally as s flavour enhancer here. Kid's pasta was the best dish, though there's not much to mess up woth tomato sauce. Service took ages. It's not that the food is catastrophically bad, it's just it has total 'we don't care about you, just give us your money' vibes all over. A tourist trap basically. Do yourself a favour and continue down the road, there's much better to be had!

Wonderful and pleasuring experience. We were highly well serviced and Andy, who guided us through our dinner, helped us both with the food (delicious by the way and highly recommended) as well as in the park/city surroundings with great tips. We reccend the restaurant to everybody!
I had a wonderful experience at Die Allee Restaurant! The service was impressively fast, and the staff were very friendly and attentive throughout the meal. The food tasted absolutely delicious — everything was fresh, flavorful, and very well portioned. I also really appreciated the wide variety of options on the menu, both for food and drinks — there’s definitely something for everyone. Overall, a great spot with excellent service and fantastic food. Highly recommended!
