Absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Spent a couple of hours here on my birthday and loved every second. It's beautiful inside as you go down into the basement and they have the stone walls lit so prettily with Thai decor and fountains. I had the Aisawan Supreme package plus the Glow facial and I loved both. My therapist didn't speak a lot of English but we managed perfectly well and I enjoyed the peace and calm. She washed my hair after the body scrub, which was lovely. The massage was interesting as she used so many techniques and I adored the facial, I really did come away glowing! If I lived nearby I would come here regularly for pampering. Thank you so much 🙏
As a somewhat frequent client, I have been beyong dissapointed with my experience today. I experienced a language barrier with my massuse today, which left me in much pain to the point of tears during and after the massage. She could not care less about the issue I have with the shoulder and really made me feel that she just want to be done (with me and with the day, since I was the last appointment). After expressing gently the issue to the gentelman at the front desk, not only that the issue was disregarded- I got a list of all my "wrongdoings" in my previous visits (namely asking for a different room due to ongoing noise from the people passing by). This is the first ever negative review I write in my life, but I could'nt help it. Maybe the place is nice if you are just visiting the city- but they definetly don't care for their regular client!

The massage itself was outstanding—highly professional, deeply relaxing, and delivered in an impeccably clean environment that truly felt like a spa retreat. From start to finish, the atmosphere carried a sense of calm and luxury. To top it off, I was served tea and cookies afterward, which made the experience feel complete. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional deep tissue Thai massage.
