We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your splendid hotel. The staff were exceedingly polite and eager to assist with our every request—from sorting out an iron and a plug adaptor for us, to offering brilliant dining recommendations. Marvin was particularly accommodating, and it was a genuine pleasure to meet him. The hotel is so exquisitely designed that simply spending time in the lobby is an absolute treat in itself. Our room was wonderfully spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with the massive television adding a lovely touch to the whole experience. Thank you so much
I stayed at EST Hotel Palais Chotek for seven nights. The hotel opened a little over a month ago, so everything is new, clean and beautifully designed. The bathroom was especially impressive, the room was quiet, the location is excellent, and in my opinion the price offers very good value. The bed was a bit firm for me, but after asking for a topper it was improved. Overall, the hotel does its job very well, but what is missing is a bit more warmth and human touch. In many luxury hotels, when a guest mentions checkout, the staff will naturally ask if they need a wake-up call, a taxi to the airport, or anything else. Here, the service felt more automatic and formal. Even after a full week, it did not feel like anyone really remembered me or my room number. The only person I remember by name is Tomas, the manager, who was pleasant to see from time to time. This is a precise, comfortable, classic Viennese hotel with beautiful design and very good value. I give it five stars because the hotel itself is excellent, but for me to want to return to a specific hotel, there has to be something beyond that. There has to be a wow effect. During an entire week, there was no such effect at all. Everything was simply too nice, and nice is not enough for me. I probably would not return, but thank you for a very nice stay.
We had a very enjoyable stay and can honestly say that this hotel exceeded our expectations. As the hotel has only recently been renovated and opened, everything felt fresh and modern, and it was clear that a lot of thought and attention had gone into every detail. The staff were one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help whenever we had questions, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our visit 😊 A special shoutout to Mo, the bartender, who made some of the best cocktails we've had in a long time. He clearly knows his craft and has a great ability to tailor drinks to individual tastes 🍸. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended! 🤩
A wonderful experience at this newly opened hotel which is perfectly situated just north of the city center, away from the crowds but a short walk to major attractions and transport connections. The venue is decorated in a modern but classical style. The room was spacious and everything around the hotel is sparkling clean - just how I like it. The staff were the real standout with the guys at the bar deserving of an award for exceptional friendliness and superb service! The manager was also super nice and even refused to let me pay for some accidental damage 🫣 They also have a nice garden in the center to escape to. Highly recommended for a visit to this beautiful city.

Another big advantage is the location — the hotel is situated in a quiet area, yet only about a 20-minute walk from the city center, making it very convenient for exploring Vienna.
