Last week I have spent a night in this hotel and I have really enjoyed the experience. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite; especially Klara and Dario who were working at the reception desk in the evening and who were a pleasure to talk to! The room itself was also very modern, clean and the air conditioning was working very well. One thing I didn't like is how the shower is barely separated from the rest of the room. The hotels location is fantastic - just ~400m away from the nearest S-Bahn (local train) station. There's also a tram stop literally right next to the entrance of the hotel. When I eventually come back to Wien, I will definitely choose this hotel again!
A bit of a delayed review since my last stay here was in May 2025, almost a year ago now, but I still wanted to say how enjoyable and flawless the experience was. Everything was perfect. Wonderful hotel, great value, very clean, and incredibly friendly service, had all my details when I arrived, thanked me for being a member. Everything about the stay was excellent. I’m not sure when I’ll visit Vienna again, but whenever I do, I’ll absolutely 100% be staying here again.
Absolutely amazing hotel, super clean, quiet and comfortable. Very good quality bedding, soft pillows, and clean sheets that don’t have that weird odor. Perfect room, i will definitely book them if I ever coma back to vienna. Just so you know the bathroom where the shower is has no door, i am not sure if all rooms are like that but just keep that in mind. If you need to make it to the center of the city where all the buzz is, cross the road and take tram number 2, right in front of the hotel.
The location is quite far from the city center, but right next to the Tram 2 and 12 stations, so getting around is easy. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. What I didn't like is that the bathroom doesn't have a door; I can't shower with other people. It's fine for couples, but if you're with parents or children, one person has to stay outside the room while the other showers, which is crazy. If you like watching your partner shower, then this is great.
