It doesn`t matter if you have little time to visit Vienna or you want to get interesting details from a local expert to explore the city on your own. We are walking together between two and two hours and a half maximum to see different historical sites and you are going to take a deep dive into the city`s past in an entertaining fashion. Experience imperial façades, horse-drawn carriages, the Imperial Palace ( Wiener Hofburg), the imperial garden, the Vienna Opera House, the horse stables of Spanish Riding School and St. Stephen’s Cathedral at the heart of the city and much more. Find out more about the lives of prominent personalities and Vienna’s rich history. Learn to recognise the influence of the Habsburgs in the form of splendid edifices and residences. Starting off at Maria Theresien Square. Maria Theresia was a strong female ruler in the 18th century and her monument is the most imposing of the Ringstraße. Discover the imperial palace (Hofburg), which was originally a fortress built in the thirteenth century and was extended to a splendid residence in accordance with the increasing power of the Habsburgs and the expansion of their realm. See one of the most famous and fascinating Opera houses in the world and pass by the Spanisch Riding School. End of the Tour will be around St. Stephans Cathedral. Exterior views only and no interior visits on the tour.
