Be welcomed by your certified sommelier with a chilled glass of Austrian Sekt – crisp, sparkling, and the perfect way to open your Austrian wine experience. Over the next 3 hours, embark on a guided tasting of six exceptional wines, each chosen by your sommelier to highlight a different region, grape variety, and winemaking style. From vibrant Grüner Veltliner and aromatic Riesling to elegant red blends from Burgenland, you’ll taste the kind of bottles poured in top restaurants and private cellars and learn why Austria is one of Europe’s most exciting wine destinations. Of course, great wine deserves great food. Your tasting is paired with a multi-course, family-style menu designed for sharing and perfectly suited to the wines. Expect a generous bread basket with olive oil and salted butter, the signature Piatto Grande, cheese selections, wild broccoli, Croque to Share, beef tartare, and (depending on the season) handmade pasta or chef’s special surprises.
